Great British Rake Off 31 August 2017 11am – 1pm

Sustrans is the charity making it easier for people to walk and cycle. Our Greener Greenways project is enhancing our traffic-free routes for people and wildlife.

Join us for the Great British Rake Off, as part of our Greener Greenways project. Volunteers will be raking the cut grass and sowing wildflower seeds to creat a new wildflower area on the Spen Valley Greenway. Sustrans volunteers will be joined by employees from Tesco in Cleckheaton. We will be competing with other volunteers across the country to see who rakes the most grass.

Tesco is kindly providing a free packed lunch to everyone who takes part!

All welcome! Under 18’s welcome if accompanied by an adult.
